Your Choice Interims has been established to support the growing need for quality interim services with a more cost effective solution. In this time of government targets to save cash year on year it is becoming more difficult to source services which do not carry a heavy cost.

How do we do this?
We do not charge a mark up on the day rate of the Associate and only charge a one off introductory fee.

Do we cut back on any parts of the service you would get from other more expensive suppliers?
No! we are still able to provide a high quality service and excellent support with selected Associates who are carefully checked, interviewed and referenced.


The average saving for a 6 month contract through YCI compared to a standard agency margin is in the region of £20,000 - see below our tables for a more detailed breakdown of this.


Extensive Experience / our knowledge:

Our directors and staff have extensive experience of the interim market both as suppliers of interims and working as interims.

Pam Smith is formerly of Solace and Tribal and was instrumental in the dynamic growth and success of an interim management business in both organisations.

Mike Taylor is formerly of KPMG and Tribal where he worked on the establishment and development of the interim management agency as well as with colleagues on permanent resourcing.

We know what the public and private sectors need to deliver effective services and we know good quality people who have worked in them.

Smart Intelligent Bespoke Recruitment Services / selecting only the correct Associates for the job:

YCI will ask you to provide a detailed brief and any other relevant background information such as a job description and person specification. We will discuss this brief with you, either at your offices or by telephone, in more depth to identify key tasks, priorities, issues and expected outcomes, your ideal candidate, the period of the assignment and your degree of flexibility in days per week/contract period.

We use this brief to discuss the assignment personally with potential candidates and to test their capacity to meet the requirements of your organisation at the current time. We also check out availability and test the commitment to meet the contractual requirements.

We will only submit a limited number of CV's of closely matched candidates and will let you know within three working days if we cannot identify suitable/available candidates for you.

Rigorous quality standards are applied in the selection and checking of Associates including interviews and assessment.

Our registered Associates are all known to us and have been placed by us or come very highly recommended from trusted sources. We do not advertise nor do we keep a large database of unsuitable Associates. All our registered Associates are able to provide:

NOTE

The one-off placement fee for a contract of up to 6 months will be negotiable dependent upon YCI provider status and the number of associates placed in any 12 month period.

Should the assignment extend beyond the 6 months or should further work arise from this assignment, an additional one-off fee would be due to YCI. This would be up to a maximum of 50% of the original fee.
