Pam Smith

Pam worked in the public sector at Director level for many years in Education. She was formerly Head of Flexible Resourcing at Solace Enterprises and a founder Director establishing and developing Tribal Interim Resourcing. She was instrumental in the dynamic growth and success of both organisations and responsible for many successful placements at senior level in the Public Sectors.

A qualified coach, she has worked with senior staff in both the public and private sectors to improve performance and career potential.

She established and developed Your Choice Interims to provide quality service to the Public, Private and Not for Profit sectors and to ensure value for money and to continue her commitment to both the public and private sectors.

Mike Taylor

Mike has worked in local government for 20 years and was a Director of Social Services in a London Borough. He then held two Director level posts in UK Children's Charities and has undertaken interim management assignments in government and not-for-profit agencies. More recently he has established public sector interim management services in two national agencies and has successfully effected placements across the public and private sectors including Central Government.

He is currently a partner in Your Choice Interims and is also the Independent Chair of the Jersey Child Protection Committee.

Sarah Proctor

Sarah is our Receptionist and Administrator and is generally the first point of contact for Your Choice Interims. Sarah has a background in retail but prefers to work in administration and has taken qualifications in this. She is committed to ensuring the success of YCI and enjoys her role in meeting and helping our Clients and Associates. Sarah is acutely aware that the first impression on contact defines both the initial impression and the ongoing judgement of the business and is keen to be helpful and responsive to all.
