Advice
Drawing upon our public and private sector experience both as managers and latterly recruiting and placing senior interim managers, Pam and Mike are uniquely positioned to advise any senior manager considering the change to working as an independent contractor. We can offer informal observations on marketing, CV content and profile, forming a service company, the personal and professional demands of the role and contract content coupled with day rates. Many of our Associates and those who subsequently decided not to pursue and interim management career have commented upon the benefit of this initial advice along with the opportunity to raise questions. We see this as a start of our building a strong relationship with prospective Associates and we are pleased to be able to offer this service to any public sector agency/individual at no charge.
Coaching
We are also able to offer coaching support, from fully trained coaches, to anyone who would benefit from this. This may be staff who are leaving or the staff who are remaining and may need to improve performance. We provide executive coaching, performance coaching and life coaching with a focus on motivation and career development.
Short-Term Projects
We have worked with Project and Service Development Directors to provide specialist skills and abilities on a short-term basis as part of their team to deliver the required outcomes. This ranges through capital programmes, major organisational change, budget realignment to performance monitoring and reports.
Recruitment
We have worked within recruitment agencies and contributed to search and selection commissions across the public sector. This has required us to help formulate role specifications and source candidates. We have also provided technical assessors to contribute professional appraisal in shortlisting and final interviews. We work collaboratively with two specialist recruitment agencies and can assist clients on commissioning recruitment and selection.
